This is a streamlined assessment focusing on the most critical areas of safety and security and includes approx 60 questions from our International Stay Safe Certification audit. Our team have selected what we believe to be the 'essential' questions every hotelier should be asking about the safety & security of their establishment. That said, and here is the disclaimer, it is not the full Stay Safe certification however it may be close to others in the market!

The assessment categories include; Crisis Management, Security, Safety, Fire Safety, Food Safety and Leisure Safety.

As a rough estimate, It should take you approximately 2 hours to complete. However that is dependant on the size of your hotel and what information you have at hand.

Once completed, we will receive the survey and evaluate the final score. A certificate of completion to showcase your commitment to safety and security will be issued upon a pass.

Section 1: Crisis Management

A crisis risk proflie is an exercise where the hotel crisis management team / senior leaders would identify and discuss potential crisis events, assess their likelihood and potential impact and rate them. This helps the hotel team identify the top potential crisis events and focus their resources on these initially.
Please do not include fire evacuation drills in this response, as we are looking for other potential crisis events.
